Although there are many archaeological sites across the Land of Israel, the site of Shilo is unique in many ways. The Tabernacle, basically a small mobile Temple, was located here for 369 years. What is perhaps more amazing about Shilo are the many archaeological finds in the area that corroborate the argument that today’s modern-day town Shilo is located right next to the ancient site of Shilo.
